"Halloween Witch and Cat 2003", a commissioned handwrought signed sterling silver sculpture, signed "MIMI DEE STERLING" wrought for a client who has only collected Victorian jewelry in the past.
Although originally planned as a pendant or necklace, it was often displayed on a wall.
This client, whose father was a jeweler in Boston's Jewelers building decades ago, has shared, 'I have never liked new jewelry until I met you Mimi...make it with a big, bent nose...'

What makes most of this metal worker's pieces unusual is that, as in this case, one continuous piece of precious thick 14 gauge silver without cutting or soldering is used to make this "one of" piece. 24K gold plated Edwardian Art Nouveau Victorian inspired set of a festoon necklace with chain swags and earrings both with the highly sought vintage color change Neodymium alexandrite art glass - first used by Leo Moser - drops that transition from a subtle lavender in natural light to a light periwinkle blue under a lamp!
