Very vintage signed Lillian Pines sterling fan pin. A contemporary of Mary Gage, as they both died a year apart from each other in the early mid 90's. While this maker was born in New Hampshire, Mary Gage died in nearby Maine. This fan style is her familiar motif using applied silver balls and curly Qs. Stamped LILLIAN PINES STERLING in back of one of the 1 1/2" fans connected with a 5 1/2 and 6" flat "S" chain. Each has a working safety clasp pinback and weighs a total of 23 Grams...

From a local Boston area estate of a Peruzzi, Cini & Parenti collector; this well made vintage ornate intricate figural dragon or sea serpent motif pin brooch, with a favored motif by same. Unsigned yet stamped: STERLING and very Peruzzi Cini Parenti like, as the first two often used this sea serpent motif.

Vintage Boston era early shield mark of "Guglielmo Cini Sterling" used while he was here in Boston before he moved out West in 1957. A client, who lives in WA and who commissioned his wedding rings in Boston several decades ago, has shared that Cini moved very close to Peruzzi and competed feverishly for the more unusual gothic designs and custom work, no doubt...

Simple and sweet silver 9 mm bezel set amber ring marked M. R. and 800 in a red box with the marks of WPHA?, 1, KWI, and other marks.
Size 8.25. Resizing could obliterate the maker's marks. Very Good condition and the box is very nice too...

REPLY: Available and quite sharp. Vintage ornate granulated chased applied rope silver metal work dagger, sheath and chain scarf hair pin tie clip. The blade edges were made wavy.
Simply stamped: 5 and 900 (90% compared to 92.5% for sterling) presumably for the silver content as it tests at least that. Just under 2 1/2". Super condition with decades of rich patina.

This 111 grams vintage unusual necklace strand is made up of rich amber color brown bakelite -rich yellow results when rubbed with 409 and with acetone- warm to touch tube ridged beads that look like 'horn handles' knotted with -cool to touch -12 mm Black hardstone beads resulting in 25" in length w old deco clasp and weighing 111 grams! Antique circa 1870 Fleur de Lis pin open work cut chased brooch with curly "C" closure, tube hinge and extended pinstem is marked "800" probably for the earliest of the Italian Peruzzi Florence work. Fleur de lis or Prince Charles Feathers motif.
Smallish at 1 1/16" as these mid 19th century pins usually are.
In wonderful condition with lots of darkening in the crevices!

Positively Delicious Necklace marked Sterling & "Flli Peruzzi" showing Victorian & Art Nouveau ornamentation, including the equally delicious Carnelian Cab bezel set at 16 X 12 mm. This is a well made solid back necklace that measures 19.5" from J hook to eye and weighs 1.1 Oz or 31 Grams. Russian? Persian? Very vintage 900 silver figural detailed feather bird pin brooch with an out spread wingspan. Very interesting maker's mark of a bird - possibly Austro Hungarian. Marked in back 900.
The brooch's shape is almost like that of the Czar of Russia or Romanov symbol, except that this is one headed. Complete with a spray of feathers between the claws and showing strong stance.
