Vintage antique Circa 1900 honey cognac color amber cross faceted 'buttons' riveted on to a gold gilt or rolled gold on brass frame. Most likely Russian, Polish or Baltic area.
2 1/2" X 1 5/8". How it sparkles.
The carved faceted bead button pieces riveted on to the gold gilt frame are 9mm.

24K gold plated Edwardian Art Nouveau Victorian inspired set of a festoon necklace with chain swags and earrings both with the highly sought vintage color change Neodymium alexandrite art glass - first used by Leo Moser - drops that transition from a subtle lavender in natural light to a light periwinkle blue under a lamp! This very ornate Renaissance looking 800 silver bracelet has sculptural motifs that Parenti, Cini and Italy's Peruzzi used in their Renaissance looking jewelry. Here you see the swaddling baby, griffin, fleur de lis & crown over shield. This is not American, as the 800 mark and the 'coffin' touch mark is Italian in origin. No other info, no price.

REPLY: Available and quite sharp. Vintage ornate granulated chased applied rope silver metal work dagger, sheath and chain scarf hair pin tie clip. The blade edges were made wavy.
Simply stamped: 5 and 900 (90% compared to 92.5% for sterling) presumably for the silver content as it tests at least that. Just under 2 1/2". Super condition with decades of rich patina.

Russian? Persian? Very vintage 900 silver figural detailed feather bird pin brooch with an out spread wingspan. Very interesting maker's mark of a bird - possibly Austro Hungarian. Marked in back 900.
The brooch's shape is almost like that of the Czar of Russia or Romanov symbol, except that this is one headed. Complete with a spray of feathers between the claws and showing strong stance.

Stunning necklace choker with difficult to find circa 1920 etched on both sides coveted Amethyst color art glass. It is often referred to as "Lalique" like as found on page 91 of the 2nd Edition book: Popular Jewelry 1840 - 1940. This type was worn in Victorian, Edwardian, Art Nouveau on to the Art Deco era. This 72.8 grams sterling quintessential Art Nouveau oversized 4.5" brooch is most likely the boldest, heaviest Unger Bros brooch on the net. This circa 1900 "C" catch sash buckle ornament pin with "hasp" is marked: "Sterling 925 Fine" Unger Brothers. They were known for their "repousse" look on thick silver. Many of their pieces are unmarked, making this a very collectible piece. Very fine condition with slightly wavy pin stem, perfect for this age.

Antique silver button collectors look at this set of four antique Far Eastern Chinese export foo dog lion or dragon motif repousse chased unmarked silver buttons. Although unmarked, they test at least 90% silver, yet may be sterling.
