Look carefully as this may well be a very early as found example of a Victorian smaller neck Barrel Clasp Graduated Faceted from 8 to 17 mm Rich Red Cherry Amber choker bead necklace. It appears that at some early point the Original 14.5" choker was made longer to 16" when one of the earlier owners may have added eight 6mm faceted citrine color cut glass beads, still retaining its early super condition cherry amber barrel clasp.

This sweet bracelet is pictured in one of the jewelry books and is a lighter weight, but perfect for the smaller, daintier wrist at 7" X 3/8" wide. Very nice condition with nicely darkened crevices. SOLD. 1925 Art Deco camphor frosted satin surface oval 30mm x 22mm glass stone, with a 5 point star, is held by 4 prongs and set in a rhodium plated brass frame. The 1 7/8" camphor glass pendant suspends from a later 925 sterling silver 18" double rope chain. Although the 2mm center stone is dulling, it still flashes a sparkle, when you least expect it. The back shows the rivet firmly in place and the sharply cut "spokes" are evident. Needs a polish...

Using Rich Dark Red Early 20th Century faceted cherry red beads that passed the friction electrostatic amber test, and 14K Gold, these were made in a USA studio as a custom order for long, long time client of MIMI DEE ARTWEAR. The lush deep red beads are 20 X 15 mm.
