This ring is SOLD. "Lux et Veritas" = "Light and Truth". "Seal of Yale College". The perfect vintage gift for the Yalie Collector. This college ring is small, blue and white enamel, nouveau, and has a highly decorated figural shank. Maker's Mark of "Salman Sterling" of Boston, MA, whose 1906 advertising stated that they sold the most fobs. Only 117 women were enrolled at Yale in 1909. Very good condition, all enamel intact.
