A donkey doll motif. Pre assay 1930's or 40's hand chased repousse donkey burro tested silver pin with MEXICO mark and the cutest round face big headed punk haired donkey doll! So it has an overbite and no chin, it is so kee-oot!. Must have.
The native peoples are known to make dolls in the shape of their local animals for their children to play.

Wt: 20 grams on postal scale and ~2 3/4" X 2 1/2"...

Proud and Daring Little Rooster, this Mod Stylized Silver Pin marked in back with perhaps an unfinished superimposed "P C" for Pedro Castillo or "C F" and Assay mark. Swirling chased leaf wreath pin brooch that weighs a solid .8 Oz or 23 Grams of tested sterling or better and is 1 3/4" across. Bezel set 5/8" or 15mm Green Cab is surrounded with rope. Original "C" catch and the hinge. Pin stem appears to have been replaced in the past? Priced accordingly...

Very well executed pin resembling the work of Aguilar or Castillo, this sterling pin marked Hecho en Mexico 925 around "APA", book listed, and the marks of TA-7? for a Taxco silversmith. 1.5" X 1 5/8" and at least 1mm thick(not wimpy!) SOLD, price info not available. c 1940 Billy Goat Figural Pin Brooch with primitive but effective wide "C" catch marked "Mexico Silver" and a long tailed bird maker's mark that looks like a pheasant. The eye and cheek area of the goat seems human like, as if someone had posed for the silversmith! Tests at least 90%, but could be higher. 2.5" X 1.75" and weighs .4 Oz or 13 grams. In quite nice unpolished preowned condition with the usual lines silver of this age gets...
