Twelve 16mm faceted rich plum purple (symbol of power & high rank) Amethyst Gems were threaded with silver, alternating with 1/4" wide sterling chain (made in USA) segments to create this 50 inch long necklace which can be doubled...
Similar work can be custom ordered using this or other vintage glass. On Occasion this Jewelry Artist will use Vintage Glass to Create a Special Piece. This Bermuda Water Blue, Vintage Etched Oval Cameo Glass of Floral Motif is caged In a stamped "MIMI DEE" Thick Hand Wrought Sterling Cage.

Vintage c 1925 Lalique like Oval Opalescent Etched Floral Glass and Lavender Iridescent Czech Faceted Beads were used to make this Lavalier Necklace Set, Signed and 'Assembled' by Mimi Dee herself in Her USA Studio. The Sterling Silver Fancy Long Short Chain was cut and an "S" Hook Ster was added. Very Art Nouveau Art Deco looking!

Sold. 20% was donated to Hurricane Katrina survivors via Salvation Army & American Red Cross. In the tradition of hand painted satsuma porcelain or even art glass, one finds this 7 white disc, what looks like silver plated bracelet marked TOSHIKANE JAPAN, with orange rind surface bumpiness, bamboo & bird raised motif that is hand painted in celadon green, gold, black, gray & red. When the secure push v box clasp & chain is engaged it measures 7 1/4 in. inside X 11/16" wide...
