SOLD. Vintage Gilded Brass Sash Ornament with small C catch clasp, leaning toward the Art Deco direction, leading one to ponder perhaps this was late in the 'Sash wearing period'. Green Art Glass Cabochon with moonglow button affect swirls is bezel set at 7/8" X 1/2" yet embraced with 2 double claw decorative prongs. Lots of strong design. 3 3/4" X 1 3/4". If this is not Art Nouveau, what is? Curly "C". Warm Brass Sash Ornament with Light Turquoise Blue Cabochons which have been louped and found 'no bubbles', some have said they are 'rare, unusual' stones used in the 19th Century. Who knows, they are perfectly bezeled with some minor, faint lines from 100 years of use! 2.5" X 2.25". Cabs pear, oval and round shape.

C.1900 Gold on brass with champleve, guilloche. SIZE: 2 7/8 x 1/4". CONDITION: Enamel intact, no damage or repairs, gilt wear on pin stem. NOTE: Although there are a few vertical lines to the right of the leaves, a dental tool was used to feel the surface and No cracks were felt.
