SOLD. 1925 Art Deco camphor frosted satin surface oval 30mm x 22mm glass stone, with a 5 point star, is held by 4 prongs and set in a rhodium plated brass frame. The 1 7/8" camphor glass pendant suspends from a later 925 sterling silver 18" double rope chain. Although the 2mm center stone is dulling, it still flashes a sparkle, when you least expect it. The back shows the rivet firmly in place and the sharply cut "spokes" are evident. Needs a polish...

This Saphiret art glass tan to aqua color change knotted 30" beads necklace sb earring set is early 20th century and have a shiny surface as opposed to the 19th century matte finish saphiret cabs. Each hand built bead is approx 8-13 mm and is a delight to see the color change from brick light red tan to aqua. The once rhodium or silver plated J hook shows the brass from age, while the sb 1" long earrings show some plating loss expected to metals that come close to one's skin...
