Circa 1900 sash ornament that can be worn as brooch pin with wide "C" catch. The green 14mm oval art glass mottled stone, made to resemble apple green jade and referred to as Chinese peking glass, is bezel set amidst a lattice dome and highly ornate designs. You should see the globules within which is what makes this a very collectible simulated stone.
Substantial @ 3" x 2" & weighs 21 grams.

The floating green glass globules are so apparent and are typical for the very collectible "Peking" art glass.
The Arts & Crafts influenced hammered areas show lots of rich darkening.

Blinding brilliance bounces off these carved faceted natural golden honey cognac amber beads along this half moon shape hair pin ornament comb tiara that flips up and down on its antique Victorian gold gilt frame over the double tine tooth horn section. Circa 1900.

Four left. Using a limited palette of 3 plus white, all 6 gems - lively small studies were painted by self learned painter Mimi Dee, depicting regional big skies, river, marsh, crossings, birches, lavender hued hills, rocks, expressive twisted trees, etc. Five have the word: Path in the title:

Deeply chased scroll work. With the mark last used in 1896 by F M Whiting to be changed to Frank M Whiting Co of North Attleboro MA, one finds this sterling silver bypass napkin ring or could it double as a baby bracelet? You can find the maker's mark of what appears to be a winged griffin? Please see page 367 of Schiffer's Revised Fourth Edition of Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers.

Unsigned, yet having owned several Peruzzi pieces, who else but the Florence Peruzzi Bros could produce this superbly chased ornate early collectible unsigned 800 silver lipstick case. Nice heft at 50 grams or 1.7 oz on postal scale, 2 1/4" x 3/4" and showing an 8mm bezel set turquoise color cab. Early marks: "coffin", 800 & 10. mild mirror clouding, yet the mirror is intact; see #5. Fab vintage condition.

Extended pin stem and tube hinge. Totally English Victorian with Art Nouveau lines circa 1900 or earlier. Open cut chased bench work sterling pin brooch with extended pin stem, tube hinge and "C" catch.
Marks in back include Anchor, Lion and small "b" with maker's mark of "W A" all of which are in depressed cartouches, also numbers 5 & 2 superimposed and an 8 as model or style number.
2" north to south and 2.5" across.
Nicely engraved, chased and in very good condition.

Early sterling silver SB earrings attached to a card that reads: Original Jewelry by Frances H. Boothby, then Art Shop Munson - Williams - Proctor Institute, then Utica, New York without a zip code making this pre 1960's.

This 111 grams vintage unusual necklace strand is made up of rich amber color brown bakelite -rich yellow results when rubbed with 409 and with acetone- warm to touch tube ridged beads that look like 'horn handles' knotted with -cool to touch -12 mm Black hardstone beads resulting in 25" in length w old deco clasp and weighing 111 grams! Bakelite pieces are 1 X .5" to 5/8" wide and look like bone or horn like shapes. In very good wearable pre owned condition.
