This is as found, does need a good cleaning and will do that for you upon request. You can see silver showing in areas. Here is the only condition issue, the lower right corner of the bezel or silver basket is missing, but it's a good way to see how deep the gem is! At this age, who wouldn't be missing a tooth or two? Still very secure.
