Each pyramid shaped green and white ocean jasper is ~20mm. Note the ancient spiral sterling accent and that each hand hammered mark is different from the next. Other jewelry (usually sold by the 1000s) with a smooth uniform "hand hammered" surface is actually done by machine hammering or pressed. Only when the artist's hammer hits each time will you see a different mark.
