Deeply chased scroll work. With the mark last used in 1896 by F M Whiting to be changed to Frank M Whiting Co of North Attleboro MA, one finds this sterling silver bypass napkin ring or could it double as a baby bracelet? You can find the maker's mark of what appears to be a winged griffin? Please see page 367 of Schiffer's Revised Fourth Edition of Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers.

Designs: are deeply incised or engraved as florals and leaves. Deeply chased scroll work.
Condition: very good Victorian 120+ year old ring that needs a good polishing. It will take a high polish per buyer's taste.
