Maker's mark: TA-95. The T for Taxco and one can only hope any of the famous Taxco silversmiths whose name begins with the letter "A".
Wt: Nice heft at 1.3 ounces or 38 grams on a postal scale.
North to South is > 2 1/4" and has a 10mm clearing bail for your omega.
The bold black bezel set cabochon is 1.5" or 40mm, displaying silvery gray chatoyant characteristics when viewed in bright sunlight.
