Made in USA. This original signed hammered butterfly sculpture collar necklace with ametrine, amethyst, rose quartz was hand wrought in a USA studio by and signed: MIMI DEE STERLING HANDMADE. It can be also be displayed as a wall hanging sculpture as many of this metalwork jewelry artist's collectors do.
* The 2" x 1 3/4" butterfly is free formed forged from one piece of silver, without the assistance of a jig.
* 2- 19 - 20 mm ametrines
* 2- faceted 5mm amethyst
* 2 - 12mm rose quartz. All semiprecious gemstones are from other lands.
* Collar which measures approx 16.5" interior; a flexible 2mm opening
* The chain it is approx 19.5" X 2.5mm.
* Because a decision could not be reached whether to give you the hammered collar or a chain, guess what? You get all three pieces for total weight of 36 grams on postal scale!!!
* It is not easy to free form these symmetric creatures, without the use of a pattern or jig, thus so few to be found here.
