SOLD - SOLD c 1910 Interesting hand made sterling ring with hand applied silver and 4 late Victorian color reddish Gold chased leaves, simply marked sterling. Some would say that those leaf motives look much like the ones Bernard Instone favored. The 23 x 13mm bezel set amethyst glass has a wonderful frosted satin table, while the back has soft facets and mold lines.
To remind the visitor that the Newbury Street Boston Society of Arts & Crafts was established in 1887, fostering many silversmiths since then to the present. This and other hand made pieces are often found locally. Size 4 1/4 and weighs 6 grams. SOLD, no price, no info
