This is a signed Miniature Watercolor of circa 1900 Grand Mount Washington Hotel with its wonderful Tiffany Glass throughout located in New Hampshire, as it looked circa 1990 before it re-opened. She painted this in her USA Studio on a 2 1/4" x 3 1/4" 140lb watercolor paper and signed it Mimi Dee. Babe Ruth is one of the many famous men's lockers still there. Very historic and a 'must visit' Grand Hotel. FRAMED: 4 7/8" X 6 1/2"
