Vintage Mexican Necklace with Striated Melon color Jasper Ball Orb Pendant on an elongated Hand Made Chain signed: a stylized MS or SW in a circle with Assay #17 which is associated with Los Ballesteros and Antonio Pineda although looks like another Serafin Moctezuma mark? The handsome Peach color Jasper reminds one of the type of stone favored by Fred Davis and is just under 1" across and 1.75" from top of bail down. Elsewhere you pay this much just for the pin, yet here is this Mexican pre assay era unusual Dagger 2pc Earring and Pin Set with Amethyst bezel set cabochons surrounded by rope design. How often do you see the earrings? Early pre assay mark of "Mexico Silver", testing at least sterling. All 3 pieces separate to expose blades.
