Vintage brooch pin pendant sterling silver hand made piece stamped: 925, Mexico, and what appears to be TA-95. The T for Taxco and one can only hope any of the famous Taxco silversmiths whose name begins with the letter "A". Nice heft at 1.3 ounces or 38 grams on a postal scale. Vintage Circa 1945 early pre assay Mexican Pre Columbian bird man mask Maya or Aztec ethnographic motif repousse pin stamped: Made in Mexico Sterling and old style safety clasp hinge. A most talented silversmith took a sheet of sterling and hammered it onto a pitch bowl to create such repousse detail.
