SOLD - SOLD c 1910 Interesting hand made sterling ring with hand applied silver and 4 late Victorian color reddish Gold chased leaves, simply marked sterling. Some would say that those leaf motives look much like the ones Bernard Instone favored. The 23 x 13mm bezel set amethyst glass has a wonderful frosted satin table, while the back has soft facets and mold lines...

Incredibly detailed heavy Pin Brooch depicting a Peruvian Native South American Indian in folk costume wearing a large flat hat and playing a flute while sitting on steps. In the background a Large Urn and around the frame holding this 'picture', are four serpents. Undoubtedly a lost wax method of creating this piece that weighs 1.1 Ounce of 900 silver, reminding one of the detail often found in Victorian Picture Buttons...

SOLD, price info not available. c 1940 Billy Goat Figural Pin Brooch with primitive but effective wide "C" catch marked "Mexico Silver" and a long tailed bird maker's mark that looks like a pheasant. The eye and cheek area of the goat seems human like, as if someone had posed for the silversmith! Tests at least 90%, but could be higher. 2.5" X 1.75" and weighs .4 Oz or 13 grams. In quite nice unpolished preowned condition with the usual lines silver of this age gets...

Traces of Art Nouveau are left on this Arts & Crafts Ring marked Sterling and possibly a "J", with a satin finish green swirl art glass collet set stone. It is a comfortable pinky ring at size 3.75. The art glass cabochon is 14X8mm with the length just shy of 1" long. Very nice wearable condition with the usual lines that silver rings of this age get. Satisfaction is guaranteed.

Sold. Taxco Mexico Handsomely Crafted Hinged Neck Collar marked: "Mexico" "950" and "TM-77". It weighs 3.7 Ounce or 107 of 95% Silver and measures 16.75" from end to end on the inside. The tri-lobal part measures 1.75" across and 1/2" wide at the sturdy hinge. Some tiny lines that vintage silver gets, yet is easily buffed. A lot of necklace for the price.

Eye Catching Chatelaine Clips Sweater Guards marked initials in back: Conjoined 'J F in U' inside a circle stamped: "Taxco Sterling" and something else. Wonderful Chased Long Horn Ram with body of a Dragon ending in a forked tail. The background resembles niello. These look chic clipped on to each collar point of a button up shirt! A Kitty's face only a Mama Cat could love! Naive engraved face Mod Silver Cat marked in back: "Coro Mex Silver". Hector Aguilar made jewelry for Coro from 1943 to 1950, less than 10 years after having worked at Spratling's Taller de las Delicias. Nice haft at .8 Oz or 23 Grams! 3" x 1.5". Heavy cast piece with normal lines that 50 year old silver gets. Except for the malachite stone at tail tip's end, it is in very nice condition.
